Q: What kind of errands can I send a rider for?
A: Almost anything legal within our corridor — pick-ups, drop-offs, shopping, paying a bill, collecting documents, dropping off keys. Message us with what you need and we'll tell you straight away if we can do it.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: A rider fee set by distance — around UGX 5,000 nearby, more for cross-town — plus the cost of any goods for shopping errands. We confirm the exact price on WhatsApp before your rider sets off, so there are no surprises.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Mobile money (MTN MoMo or Airtel Money) or cash, once the errand is done. We agree the price with you first.
Q: Are the riders safe and trustworthy?
A: Every rider is personally vouched for by an existing rider, and you get their name and number plate before they arrive. You rate every trip, and riders keep their place by staying reliable.
Q: Where do you operate?
A: We're starting in the Ntinda–Kisaasi–Bukoto corridor in Kampala. Message us to check whether we can reach your area yet — we're adding more as we grow.
Q: I'm abroad — can I send an errand to my family?
A: Yes. That's our diaspora service: you pay from abroad and get photos and a short video as proof it was done. Message the diaspora line on +230 58278983.
